结果：希臣通舒胶囊治疗组总有效率为83.2%，显效率为49.1%。心脑舒通胶囊对照组总有效率为76.67%，显效率为40.00%。两组疗效比较，无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。但对半身不遂，口舌歪斜，舌强言謇或不语，偏身麻木为主症的显效率，治疗组为58.49%，对照组为46.67%。
