It was investigated how to increase the yield and purity of tannin, flavone and oligoprocyanidms from the root and stalk of sanguisorba, and the stability of polyphenols from sanguisorba was studied, too. The chemical constitutes of sanguisorba were analyzed, the conditions on extracting tannin, flavone and oligoprocyanidins from sanguisorba by general lixiviating process and ultrasonic wave were optimize. The flavone and oligoprocyanidins were separated from sanguisorba and purified. The stability of polyphenol from sanguisorba was studied and the chemical structure of the products was analyzed.
