本发明提供一种无水氟化氢生产工艺，反应原料萤石粉及硫酸经外混器混合后进入带有夹套的转炉，向夹套内通入350～600℃的热风，萤石粉和硫酸在发生化学反应生成氟化氢，生成的氟化氢气体由炉头进入洗涤塔进行洗涤，洗涤后的氟化氢由冷凝器进入中间槽，然后经过精馏、脱气制得成品无水氟化氢；固体残渣由炉尾排出。
