On the basis of systematically reviewing relevant theory and practice about social order and its construction, this paper thoroughly investigates the systematic inspirations of HEXIE Management Theory to the developing theme of establishing and forming harmonious society order, and the value of this theory. This paper finally gets a HEXIE-Management-Theory-based realization way of the anticipated man-made order, the evolved increscent order and finally the complete order in harmonious society.
