目的 探讨内皮素受体拮抗剂—阿魏酸钠微量泵持续静脉注射治疗新生儿肺动脉高压的疗效和不良反应方法对64例肺动脉高压的新生儿在呼吸机械通气的情况下同时用微量泵持续静脉注射阿魏酸钠，阿魏酸钠微量泵静脉注射的速度由5μg/开始，在保证体循环血压的基础上可以逐渐加量至10μg/，直至20μg/。
