The main peaks of the EEG power spectra were in delta and theta frequency range. In the stage of ethanol exposure, the rats exhibited much more act of attack than the control, the alpha waves of EEG decreased, while the delta waves increased. The EEG power spectra analysis showed the delta power increased and the theta power decreased. In the stage of ethanol withdrawal, the rats showed some withdrawal behaviors such as wet dog shakes, sniffing, groomingand tonic-clonic seizures for audiogenic stimulus. Spikes and spike-slow waves were found in the EEG. In power spectra analysis, the delta power decreased while the alpha and the theta power increased, the EEG frequency band moved to the high-frequency rang. These changes were found obviously on the sixth day and disappeared on the 1 Oth day after the ethanol was removed.
本研究发现:1、对照组大鼠行为无异常,伏核EEG以α节律为主,散在出现δ和θ节律;功率主峰在δ和θ频段范围,整个过程中未发现手术对伏核EEG及脑电功率谱有影响。2、在慢性饮酒过程中,大鼠攻击性行为增加,伏核 EEG的α节律明显减少,散在出现的高幅慢活动δ波逐渐增多,功率谱分析表明δ频段功率百分比明显增加,而θ频段功率百分比明显减少,总功率减少。3、停饮后,大鼠出现湿狗样抖动、打喷嚏等撤药综合症,并且高频声音刺激能引发惊厥;伏核EEG出现棘波和棘慢综合波,并持续增多,功率谱分析显示δ频段功率百分比 5 南京医科大学硕士学位论文逐渐减少,而0和以频段功率百分比逐渐增加,总功率增加。

Under the microenvironments of fruit bagging,Alternaria had always been the major fungi in different bags,sites of fruit and weather conditions during the whole growing season. As the secondary major fungi,Penicillium had always been after July and emerged later in inner bag and cortical pore than other sites.In the bag with which the inner bag was red and waxing,Trichoderma was isolated first in pericarp without cortical pore and inner bag as well as later in cortical pore after August.In \'Kobayashi\' bag which inner bag was red and waxing, Aspergillus and Fusarium were isolated in pericarp without cortical pore and cortical pore after bag removed.Alternaria and Penicillium were isolated in unbagging fruit and \'Qianwei\' bag which inner bag was red and unwaxing and the date Penicillium was isolated in CK was 45d later than bagging treatment.Under high temperature weather condition,there were no differences in the fungi population structure on fruit surface among all treatments.And the fungi population structure on fruit surface in bagging apple was more than that of unbagging ones under overcast and rainy condition.
在苹果套袋微域环境下,不同育果袋、果实不同部位、不同时期、不同气象条件下的真菌主要是链格孢霉,且在套袋后的整个生长季均可分离到;青霉为第二大真菌,在7月份后均可分离到,在非皮孔部位的出现要早于内果袋和皮孔部位;8月份后在内袋红色涂蜡的育果袋上分离出了木霉,其先出现在非皮孔处和内果袋,然后出现在皮孔处;曲霉和镰刀菌仅在内袋红色涂蜡的&小林&袋的非皮孔部位和皮孔部位于摘袋后分离出;在内袋为黑色且未涂蜡的育果袋和未套袋果上仅仅分离出链格孢霉和青霉,且青霉分离出的时期要比套袋果晚45d。

In order to improve the classification accuracy of mental EEG, the rhythm assimilation effect of EEG was used in the study of mental task classification firstly in this dissertation. A series of experiments schemes, which try to make different types of mental EEG carried with different and classifiable rhythm assimilation information, were projected and the rhythm assimilation phenomenon of different type mental EEG was explored detailedly.
本文首次将脑电的节律同化效应应用于思维作业的分类研究中,对思维脑电信号的节律同化现象进行了比较深入的探讨,试图通过不同的节律同化实现方案,使不同思维作业EEG信号携带有不同的、易于分类的节律同化信息,以提高思维作业EEG信号的分类正确率。
