采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测88例结肠癌组织中Livin，Caspase3 及MTA1的表达情况。结果（1）结肠癌组织中Livin的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Livin的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（2）结肠癌组织中Caspase3蛋白的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且Caspase3蛋白的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度显著相关。（3）结肠癌组织中MTA1的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，且MTA1的表达与结肠癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结转移程度显著相关。（4）Caspase3蛋白的表达又与Livin的表达呈显著负相关。结论（1）Livin在结肠癌组织中过表达，它可能是促进结肠癌发生的重要因素之一。（2）Caspase3蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达被抑制而降低，且与Livin的表达呈负相关。因此，抑制Caspase3蛋白的活性是Livin促进结肠癌发生的途径之一。（3）MTA1对结肠癌的组织分化及淋巴转移发挥重要作用。

Results Well-resolved, reproducible 2-DE profiles of human colon carcinoma tissues and paired normal tumor-adjacent colon tissues were obtained. For colon carcinoma tissues, a total of (980±28) spots were detected; for paired normal tumor-adjacent colon tissues,(860±45) spots were detected. For normal tumor- adjacent colon tissues, the average deviation of spot position was (10.487±0.11) mm in IEF direction and (0.944±0.12) mm in SDS-PGE direction; for colon carcinoma tissues the average deviation of spot position was (0.654±0.11) mm in IEF direction and (1.20±0.22) mm in SDS-PGE direction. Number of differentially expressed proteins was 72.00±12.34 between colon carcinoma and paired normal tumor-adjacent colon tissues.

Results: 72 of 86 cases were ileal-colon type (83.7%), 14 cases were ileal-ileal-colon type (16.3%), which 25 cases lain in ileocecal junction, 17 cases in ascending colon, 14 cases in hepatic flexure of colon, 8 cases in transverse colon, 9 cases in splenic flexure of colon and 5 cases in decending colon.

结果：86例患者中，回－结肠型72例(83.7%)，回－回－结肠型14例(16.3%)，套头位于回盲部25例，升结肠17例，结肠肝曲14例，横结肠8例，结肠脾曲9例，降结肠5例。81例患者复位成功，成功率约94.2%。
