Methods assessment and comparison were made with mini-mental state examination and sandoz clinical assessment geriatric to 31 hospitalized patients with senile dementia (15 cases with alzheimer disease, ad, and 16 cases with multi-infarct dementia, md) before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.results small dosage of olazapine could improve the psychotic symptoms of the patients with senile dementia; the total score of mmse after treatment increased obviously, and each factor score of scag showed out improvement.conclusions olazapine is effective in improving the psychotic symptoms of the patients with senile dementia.
对31例老年性痴呆（阿尔茨海默病15例和多发性脑梗死性痴呆16例）住院患者在治疗前、治疗后4周，采用简易智能状态检查及老年临床评定量表进行评定、比较。结果应用奥氮平治疗老年性痴呆患者的精神症状用量小，治疗后mmse总分明显增加。scag各项因子分明显改善。结论奥氮平治疗老年性痴呆的精神病性症状临床疗效肯定。
