第十一条拐骗童工，强迫童工劳动，使用童工从事高空、井下、放射性、高毒、易燃易爆以及国家规定的第四级体力劳动强度的劳动，使用不满14周岁的童工，或者造成童工死亡或者严重伤残的，依照刑法关于拐卖儿童罪、强迫劳动罪或者其他罪的规定，依法追究刑事责任。
