Sutai pig is a new breed with high production performance. Eight genes with 15 loci were studied in this paper, using PCR-RFLPs for the purpose of retainment and improvement of production performance. The association between polymorphisms of candidate genes and carcass traits and meat quality (marbling score, pH1, intramuscular fat, tenderness, water holding capacity and meat color values such as light, saturation, hue) were also analysed.
苏太猪是我国培育的优良猪种,为了保持和提高苏太猪的生产性能,本文用PCR-RFLP法对影响胴体、肉质性状的8个主要功能基因共15个位点进行了检测,以期为苏太猪今后的育种提供理论根据。
