The research work starts from theory of corporate regulation, where it demonstrates that the mechanisms of property right and corporate governance are the core of corporate regulation, to testify that is basement for the development of corporate. In order to have a good corporate, it is very necessary to understand corporate property right and its governance mechanism clearly. Based on theory of corporate property right, it is described of the fundamental requirements of different type of property right on property regulation, effect and function.
