The distribution of microhardness is not uniform across the anodic film for the most specimens and the general trend is that the value of the hardness is higher both in the outer film adjacent to the surface and in the inner film near the interface between film and substrate for the specimens with type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ anodizing technology. The measured modulus for anodic film with type Ⅲ anodized is 80.77Gpa. The thermal expansion coefficients of anodic films are measured by two different methods based on X-ray diffraction technique. One way is to detect the lattice spacing change of crystalline phase in powder specimen of anodic film as the increment of temperature by powders of anodic film; and the other way is to determine the thermal stress by entire specimen, that is, the anodic film and the substrate attached together.
利用X射线衍射的方法采用两种不同手段对氧化膜的热膨胀系数进行测试,一种方法为采用氧化膜粉末样品,测量温度变化过程中晶面面间距的改变,进而推出其热膨胀系数;另一种方法为整体试样测试氧化膜中的热应力,通过热应力和热膨胀系数之间的关系计算氧化膜的热膨胀系数。

Compared with that of 3Cr13 alloy, the oxidation resistance of the composites containing 5 vol.%TiC particle was improved greatly at 850℃, but the improvement was relatively limited at 950℃. But the oxidation resistance of 1Cr18Ni9 composites containing 5 vol.% TiC particle was obviously improved at 950℃, and at 850℃ the improvement is not large. The TiC particle can improve the oxidation resistance mainly was by developing the oxidation selectiveness of the Cr element as to change the phase constitution of the oxidation film, to alleviate the production of the stress in the oxidation film and to improve the cohesive force of the oxidation film or matrix interface and the chemical combination of the oxidation film.
与3Cr13合金相比,含5%volTiC颗粒的复合材料在850℃的抗氧化性能得到大幅度提高,而在950℃复合材料的抗氧化性能提高作用却是有限的;与1Cr18Ni9合金相比,含5%volTiC颗粒的复合材料在850℃的抗氧化性能略有提高,而950℃复合材料的抗氧化性能提高却是明显的;TiC颗粒可以提高两种基体合金抗氧化性能,主要是通过促进Cr的选择性氧化,进而改变氧化膜的相组成、减缓氧化膜内应力的产生、增加氧化膜/基体界面凝聚力及提高氧化膜化学结合力而实现的。

We put zinc sulphide mine into different sulphate system and analyzed polarization curve about anodic oxidation.we found that the mine was oxidized effectively and the rapid oxidation happened when we adopted the zinc sulphide ore suspension electrolyte which contained ZnSO_4,(NH_4)_2SO_4 and H_2SO_4. This system was suffice to product metal zinc industrially. The appropriate suspension electrolyte composition consisted of zinc 90~130g/l,(NH_4)_2SO_430~50g/l, H_2SO_430~50g/l, suspension electrolysis temperature 50℃, anodic oxidation potentiometer 0.6~0.8V.
