The subject has completed existing tail gas purification and recovery system from four aspects:(1) carbonation tail gas purification;(2) ammonia cleaning of soda ash filtering machine filtered tail gas;(3) NH3 and CO2 recovery and utilization of sodium carbonate producing tank;(4) distillation and recovery of furnace gas condensate.
本课题从四个方面完善现有纯碱尾气净化与回收系统:(1)碳化尾气净化;(2)滤碱机过滤尾气净氨;(3)出碱槽NH_3、CO_2的回收与利用;(4)炉气冷凝液的蒸馏与回收。
