This paper simplifies the huge power system to be a linear circuitry by only the installation of Phasor Measurement Units on some buses to measure the voltage and current vector. Under Kirchhoff's law and Ohm's law, the conditions of inter-connected buses are calculated and further at the operation of whole system. Moreover, the understanding of electrical tide distribution is more understood and enable the power station workers monitor instantaneously and make comparison of operation frequencies at each area to monitor if the low frequency oscillations.
