The results show that the foamable MAA/MAN copolymers were prepared at 40-60℃ by polymerizing the mixture of 50phr MAA, 50phr MAN, 1-5phr magnesium oxide, 2-8phr butanol and tert-butanol, 0.2-0.3 phr dibenzoyl peroxide and tert-butyl perbenzoate and 0.1-0.2phr DMF. Then the resulting copolymers were expanded at 200-220℃ for 2-3h, subsequently treated at 160℃ for 5-6h, generating PMI foams with excellent mechanical properties and heat-resistance.

The results showed that when 0.3 g of divinyl benzene was used as crosslinking agent, the crosslinking degree increased significantly from 28.26% to 90.95% with the increase of MAA amount from 4.0 mol% to 10.0 mol%, and this increase became slowly as MAA amount was more than 10.0 mol%; the particle volume expansion was increased gradually as MAA amount increased, and reached a maximum of 42.1% when 12.0 mol% of MAA was used, and perfect porous morphology inside particles was observed even when the crosslinking degree reached 95.4% at 14.0 mol% of MAA.

Methods 21 LEPP patients with clinical highly suspected acute pulmonary embolism underwent (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA veins imaging and pulmonary perfusion imaging. Vena caval filters were inserted and thrombolysis were given in patients with big area APE and/or iliofemoral vein thrombosis indicated by (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA imaging. Thrombolysis was given in patients with small area APE and/or subpopliteal vein thrombosis.

对21例LEPP临床高度疑为急性肺栓塞患者行，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA下肢深静脉显像、肺血流灌注显像，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA显像提示大面积APE和／或髂股深静脉血检患者行下腔静脉滤网放置+溶栓治疗，小面积APE和／或腘静脉以下DVT单纯溶栓治疗，治疗2~4周后复查PPI。
