Serum immunoglobulin of Amur sturgeon Acipenser schrenckii, Chinese sturgeon Acipenser sinesis and Huso sturgeon Huso dauricus which were healthy and unimmuned, was first time respectively purified by using saturation ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by Sephadex G-200 gel column chromatography.
