Objective: In this parper, we studied the key problems of resolution and determination,which haven,t been solved by HPLC in Cordyceps sinensis.,such as chromatography condition and extraction condition. Using the condition we studied out, we analysed the nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis . and in its adulterations and counterfeits by HPLC. The purpose is to find the difference between Cordyceps sinensis . and its adulterations, and also to provide a effective method for quality assess of Cordyceps sinensis .

目的：本课题采用高效液相色谱法，通过对冬虫夏草中核苷类成分分离测定中的关键性问题进行考察，解决利用高效液相色谱分析冬虫夏草存在的问题，并利用该条件对冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品中核苷类成分进行分析研究，找出冬虫夏草与混淆品及其伪品在成分及含量上的差异，完善冬虫夏草质量评定标准。

HPLC/MS/ MS was used to analyse the nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis .and its counterfeits and adulterations. Compared the samples with the standard samples,the result showed that the main fragment chromatogram were similar.The four nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis .and its counterfeits and adulterations were identified by MS/ MS.The totle content of uridine、hypoxanthosine、guanosine、adenosine in Cordyceps sinensis .was from 2.473 mg/g to2.830 mg/g ,the content of adenosine was from 0.850 mg/g to1.009 mg/g .

应用HPLC-MS对冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品中的四个核苷成分进行二级质谱定性分析，并与对照品进行比较，结果显示，冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品均能产生与相应对照品一致的主要碎片离子峰，进一步说明，冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品中均含有尿苷、肌苷、鸟苷及腺苷四种核苷成分。
