Results Bestain could significantly lower the serum DHBV level. ALT and AST in serum were reduced during the treatment. Examination of DHBV DNA in liver with Southern Blot indicated Bestain could inhibit DHBV DNA replication.
结果 乌苯美司用药1月能使血清DHBV DNA总体水平显著降低；治疗期间同一时相内，能使血清ALT明显降低；Southern Blot检测肝组织内DHBV DNA，其结果提示该药能抑制病毒在肝内的复制。
