Objective: In this parper, we studied the key problems of resolution and determination,which haven,t been solved by HPLC in Cordyceps sinensis.,such as chromatography condition and extraction condition. Using the condition we studied out, we analysed the nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis . and in its adulterations and counterfeits by HPLC. The purpose is to find the difference between Cordyceps sinensis . and its adulterations, and also to provide a effective method for quality assess of Cordyceps sinensis .
目的：本课题采用高效液相色谱法，通过对冬虫夏草中核苷类成分分离测定中的关键性问题进行考察，解决利用高效液相色谱分析冬虫夏草存在的问题，并利用该条件对冬虫夏草及其混淆品与伪品中核苷类成分进行分析研究，找出冬虫夏草与混淆品及其伪品在成分及含量上的差异，完善冬虫夏草质量评定标准。

The absolute value of proline content in Ardisia japonica was the highest. The following was Belamcanda chinense, Lysimachia christinae "Aurea" and Ajuga multiflora. As the increasing of shading degree, the poline content of Ajuga multiflora and Belamcanda chinense decreased, while that of Lysimachia christinae "Aurea" increased.
