Just Cause

正当理由

合理解雇通知(Reasonable Notice)与错误解雇(Wrongful Dismissal)当雇主以正当理由(Just Cause)解雇员工时,雇主可以不发给雇员合理解雇的工资. 如果雇员选择将雇主告上法庭,雇主有责任向法庭证实雇主解雇雇员的行为属于正当理由.
