睡眠性麻痹

虽可以听见周遭的声音及看到周遭的影像,却发不出声音来,有时还会随伴着各种幻觉,有两个原因能导致鬼压身的现象,一是可能在睡觉时睡势不良使心脏被压迫或身心异常虚弱所导致,在睡眠神经医学上是属于一种睡眠性麻痹(Sleep Paralysis)的症状.
