4、葛粉 葛粉是用一种多年生植物"葛(Arrowroot)"的地下结茎做成的. 葛粉可用于将汤汁变得浓稠,和玉米淀粉粉及太白粉的作用类似,但是玉米淀粉、太白粉需在较高的温度才会使汤汁呈现浓稠状,而葛粉则在较低的温度下即可凝结.
