(1)胃底膜(fundic gland):又称泌酸腺(oxyntic gland),主要分布于胃底和胃体部. 为分支管状腺,是胃黏膜中数量最多、功能最重要的腺体,可分为颈、体、底三部. 由主细胞、壁细胞、颈黏液细胞、干细胞和内分泌细胞组成. (图13-10,图13-11).
